2 Kg. Of red tomatoes

A clove of garlic.

Oil.

Vinegar

Salt

Salt-dried meat.

Procedure

Cut the salt-dried meat in noodles and fry them in a pan with warm oil. Then take them into a dish with absorbing tissues. Mince the tomatoes with garlic and put the soup into the saucepan, dressing it with salt, oil and vinegar. Then put the soup into a cup and throw the salt-dried noodles over.
