December is here again, and Leon is full of magic, every part of the city is full of magicians making us believe that anything is possible.
Every corner, street and square of the city in December is a place for magic, when we celebrate the International Festival León Vive la Magia (Leon lives the magic), one of the most important national and international festivals of magic.
After the shows on the streets, theatres, marquees, restaurants and bars, the major event is the gala held at the Auditorium Ciudad de León, showing the pick of the top magicians.
Magic is an art of amazement and the impossible. An ancient art that has delighted people ever since the time of the Pharaohs. Magic’s capacity to amaze and surprise has turned “conjuring” into an art form that reaches people’s hearts in a very simple and effective way. Today it is a dramatic and highly creative art form that continues to captivate both young and old.
